§ 120.03 LICENSE APPLICATION.
   (A)   Each applicant shall file a completed application, along with the license fee, with the Apple Valley Fire Department, Fire Prevention Bureau, on the form provided by the city.
   (B)   The license fee shall be in an amount as provided in Chapter 35, Appendix A.
