§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to the fine in § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor.
   (C)   A license shall be revoked upon conviction of any violation of this chapter.
