§ 156.99 PENALTY.
   Violations of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in § 10.99 and/or subject to the revocation of all pertinent permits. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
