§ 156.06 PERMIT APPLICATION.
   To obtain a permit, the applicant shall make application, pursuant to building/construction regulations of this code, to the Building Inspection Division. No construction may commence until after such time that the permit has been issued, subject to the National Flood Insurance Program regulations.
