§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty has been prescribed shall be subject to the fine in § 10.99.
   (B)   In addition to division (A), any employee of the municipal liquor store willfully violating any provision hereof or any provision of the laws of the state relating to gambling or the sale of intoxicating liquor or beer shall be discharged.
