Storm Sewer Improvement Taxing Districts are hereby established for specific geographic areas which the city has determined are in need of and would benefit from certain storm sewer improvements and ongoing maintenance activities as follows:
(A) Storm Sewer Improvement Taxing District Number 1 which lies within the following described boundary: That part of the West Half (W 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 34, Township 115 North, Range 20 West, Dakota County, Minnesota; lying southerly of the following described line: Commencing on the southeast corner of saidWest Half of the Northeast Quarter, thence north 0 degrees 13 minutes 43 seconds east, along the east line of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 951.67 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence south 89 degrees 49 minutes 18 seconds west a distance of 270.27 feet; thence westerly 165.30 feet along a tangential curve to the right, having a radius of 418.00 feet and a central angle of 22 degrees 39 minutes 29 seconds; thence westerly 230.18 feet along a reverse curve to the left, having a radius of 582.00 feet and a central angle of 22 degrees 39 minutes 36 seconds; thence south 89 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds west, tangent to said curve, a distance of 75.00 feet; thence westerly 241.93 feet along a tangential curve to the left, having a radius of 582.00 feet and a central angle of 23 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds; thence westerly 139.84 feet along a reverse curve to the right, having a radius of 418.00 feet and a central angle of 19 degrees 10 minutes 05 seconds; thence north 4 degrees 49 minutes 45 seconds west, not tangent to said curve, a distance of 2.00 feet; thence westerly along a non-tangential curve to the right, having a radius of 416.00 feet, a central angle of 4 degrees 39 minutes 04 seconds, a chord distance of 33.76 feet and a chord bearing of south 87 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds west; thence south 89 degrees 49 minutes 18 seconds west, tangent to said curve, a distance of 193.21 feet to the west line of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter and there said line terminates. This area is to be platted as "The Legacy of Apple Valley".
