Except to the extent the provisions of this chapter are more restrictive, the provisions of M.S. Chapter 340A, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, consumption, sales, hours of sale and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution and consumption of intoxicating liquor, wine and 3.2 malt liquor are adopted and made a part of this chapter as if set out in full.
