§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to the fine in § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor under Minnesota law. The city may also pursue injunctive remedies. (‘81 Code, § 4-49) (Ord. 619, passed 9-26-96)
