(A) A license granted under this chapter is for the person and the premises named on the approved license application. No transfer of a license shall be permitted from place to place or from person to person without complying with the requirements of an original application.
(B) When an adult establishment licensed under this chapter is sold or transferred, the existing licensee shall immediately notify the City Clerk of the sale or transfer. If the new owner or operator is to continue operating the adult establishment, the new owner or operator must immediately apply for a license under this chapter including payment of the investigation fee.
