(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty has been provided shall be subject to the fine in § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 96.03 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of up to $100.
(C) A separate violation occurs each day that a violation hereunder continues.
