(A) As originally established by Ordinance No. 33 on the November 14, 1966, the volunteer Fire Department of this city is hereby continued and shall operate, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The Department shall adopt rules and regulations to govern its affairs, provided they do not conflict with the city code.
