(A) Zone 1 and 2. Within these zones, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses:
(1) Any accessory use permitted in the R districts;
(2) Accessory uses customarily associated with and incidental to the conditional uses permitted in the multiple dwelling districts; and
(3) Putting greens, shuffleboard courts, picnic areas, community buildings and similar recreational or service areas for use by the residents of the premises.
