(A) Zone 1. Within this zone, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses:
(1) Off-street parking, refuse storage and loading spaces, as regulated by this article;
(2) Buildings temporarily located for purposes of construction on the premises for a period not to exceed the time necessary to complete the construction; and
(3) Public telephone booths and other essential public service facilities provided all yard requirements are met.
(B) Zone 2. Within this zone, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses:
(1) Off-street parking, refuse storage and loading spaces, as regulated by this article;
(2) Buildings temporarily located for purposes of construction on the premises for a period not to exceed the time necessary to complete the construction; and
(3) Public telephone booths and other essential public service facilities provided all yard requirements are met.
(C) Zone 3. Within this zone, no accessory uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses.
