§ A10-6 PROHIBITED USES.
   Notwithstanding the permitted and conditional uses listed in §§ A10-2 and A10-3, the following uses shall be prohibited in Zones 1 and 2:
   (A)   Any use resulting in sanitary sewer effluent flows in excess of 780 gallons per acre per day; and
   (B)   Car washes not part of an automobile dealership or service station.
