§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 10.99.

   (B)   Each violation shall constitute a separate misdemeanor. The imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation nor permit it to continue. Any person found guilty of these acts shall be required to correct or remedy the violations or defects within a reasonable time as determined by the Chief.
