The Cemetery Committee shall make recommendations to the City Council to adopt regulations establishing standards and requirements regulating the type, location, size, material, number, manner of placement and installation and removal of monuments, markers and plantings permitted within the cemetery. Any charges for monument fees or marker fees shall be paid in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in the appendix to Chapter 35.
