§ 92.17 INTERMENT REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No interment shall be permitted in any lot in the cemetery unless the requirements of all state statutes and city ordinances and regulations regarding interments are met.
   (B)   The Cemetery Committee shall make recommendations to the City Council to adopt regulations establishing interment standards and requirements which shall have the force and effect of law.
