Within this zone, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses:
(A) Ancillary uses and services necessary for the operation of a golf course;
(B) Buildings temporarily located for purposes of construction on the premises for a period not to exceed the time necessary to complete construction;
(C) Off-street parking, refuse storage and loading spaces as regulated in the zoning ordinance;
(D) Public telephone booths and other essential public service facilities provided all yard requirements are met.
