§ A6-2 PERMITTED USES.

   Within this zone, no structure or land shall be used, except for one or more of the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council:

   (A)   Bowling, coin-operated amusement devices and other commercial recreational activities;

   (B)   Clubhouse(s);

   (C)   Cross-country skiing;

   (D)   Driving range;

   (E)   Golf course;

   (F)   Handball or racquetball courts;

   (G)   Liquor sales (on-sale) in conjunction with a restaurant;

   (H)   Pro shop;

   (I)   Restaurant facility, Class I only;

   (J)   Swimming pool(s); and

   (K)   Tennis courts.
