(A) Zones 1, 2 and 7. Within these zones, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses:
(1) Building temporarily located for purposes of construction on the premises for a period not to exceed the time necessary for the construction;
(2) Decorative landscape features;
(3) Gardening or other horticultural uses where no sale of products is conducted on the premises;
(4) Keeping of domestic animals commonly referred to as “house pets” for noncommercial purposes;
(5) Private parking space and garage, one attached and one detached;
(6) One accessory storage building in addition to any garage(s) except that it shall not exceed 144 square feet in area if a detached garage exists on the same lot;
(7) Repair and maintenance of motor vehicles owned by the occupant. See screening requirements, § 155.348;
(8) Garage sales not to exceed three per calendar year; and
(9) Private swimming pool, tennis court and play apparatus for use by the occupants of the premises.
(B) Zones 3, 4 and 5. Within these zones, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses:
(1) Any accessory use permitted in division (A) above;
(2) Off-street parking, refuse storage and loading spaces as regulated in the zoning chapter;
(3) Public telephone booths and other essential public service facilities provided all yard requirements are met;
(4) Putting greens, shuffleboard courts, picnic areas, community buildings and similar recreational or service areas, when accessory to a multiple-dwelling use, for use of the residents of the premises; and
(5) Rectories, parsonages and parish houses and religious retreats when accessory to a church, chapel, temple or synagogue.
(C) Zone 6. Within this zone, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses:
(1) Any accessory use permitted in division (A) above;
(2) Off-street parking; and
(3) Putting greens, shuffleboard courts, picnic areas, community buildings and similar recreational or service areas, when accessory to a multiple-dwelling use, for the use of the residents of the premises.
