The regulatory provisions of M.S. Chapters 168, 169, 169A and 171, as amended, are hereby adopted by reference and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this code as completely as if set out in full herein, regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys within the city. It is unlawful and a violation of this code for any person to violate any provision of M.S. Chapters 168, 169, 169A or 171.
