M.S. §§ 115.55 and 115.56, comprising a part of the Minnesota Pollution Control Act, as amended through 2009 and any amendments thereto established and adopted hereafter from time to time, and Minnesota Rules, Chapters 7080, 7081 and 7082, comprising a part of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems Rules, as of 2008 and any amendments thereto established and adopted hereafter from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, except as otherwise provided herein. A copy of the provisions adopted herein shall be on file at the City Inspection Department. The provisions adopted herein shall be referred to hereinafter as “state requirements.”
