(A) All regular and special meetings of the Council shall be held at the Apple Valley City Hall, unless the Council shall designate another meeting place.

(B) Regular meetings of the Council are those where official motions occur and shall be held on dates established by the Council by resolution.

(C) If the Council decides to hold a regular meeting at a time or place different from the time or place stated in the adopted resolution of regular meetings, it shall give the same notice of the meeting that is provided for a special meeting.
