Any person owning or having control of any animal that has died or been killed shall immediately bury the carcass thereof at least three feet deep in the ground. No person shall sell or offer to sell or give away a carcass when the animal died or was killed on account of disease. It is permitted to engage a licensed or established rendering company to make disposal of any dead animal.
