§ 35.04 DANGEROUS OR PERISHABLE PROPERTY.
   The Council may, without notice, and in a manner as it determines to be in the public interest, provide for the immediate disposition of any property coming into the city’s possession which the Council determines to be dangerous or perishable. A record of all pertinent facts of the receipt and disposal of the property shall be prepared and filed in the office of the City Clerk.
