§ 152.070 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

(A) The Village Council is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by this code.

(B) Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in the Village Hall at 63 East Main Street Apple Creek, Ohio.
