(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any owner of a building, residential unit, or apartment located within the village who has failed to comply with §§ 151.15 through 151.18 as of January 1, 1985 is guilty of violating this chapter and, upon conviction, shall be fined $10 for each offense. Each day of noncompliance with §§ 151.15 through 151.18 by an owner after January 1, 1985 shall constitute a separate offense for each building, residential unit, or apartment owned and not numbered in conformity with §§ 151.15 through 151.18.
