The following fee schedule be adopted for the administration of the village’s subdivision regulations.
(A) Application for a minor subdivision. A non-refundable fee of $50, plus $20 per lot.
(B) Preliminary plat review fee. A non-refundable fee of $200, plus $20 per lot.
(C) Deposit. A $1,000 deposit for consultant services. If consultant services exceed $1,000, the subdivider shall deposit with the village any additional amount prior to final approval of plat. Any unused deposit funds will be returned to the subdivider upon final action on the plat.
(D) Final plat review fee. A non-refundable fee of $200, plus $20 per lot.
(E) Deposit. A $1,000 deposit for consultant services. If consultant services exceed $1,000, the subdivider shall deposit with the village any additional amount prior to final approval of the plat. Any unused deposit funds will be returned to the subdivider upon final action on the plat.
(F) Construction inspection fee. An amount equal to 3% of the estimated construction cost of all required public improvements as established by the Village Engineer for bonding. Construction inspection fees shall be paid to the village prior to commencement of any construction.
