§ 111.25 RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE VILLAGE.
   Without limitation upon the rights which the village might otherwise have, the village does hereby expressly reserve the following rights, powers, and authorities:
   (A)   To exercise its governmental powers now or hereafter to the full extent that such powers may be vested in or granted to the village;
   (B)   To grant additional franchises within the village to other persons for the conduct of a cable television system only under the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter;
   (C)   To exercise any other rights, powers, or duties required or authorized under the State Constitution, the laws of the state, or the Village Charter; and
   (D)   The rights contained in this section are separate, distinct, and in addition to those enumerated elsewhere in this chapter.
