(A) Grantee shall not deny service, deny access, nor otherwise discriminate against subscribers, channel users, or general citizens on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or handicap. Grantee shall comply at all times with all other applicable federal, state, and local laws and also executive and administrative orders relating to nondiscrimination.
(B) Liability for obscenity, defamation, or invasion of privacy on any access channels shall rest with the person, group of persons, or any organization or corporation utilizing said access channels.
