§ 93.40 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OFFICER.
   (A)   All buildings, properties, and uses within the village are subject to inspections from time to time by the Property Maintenance Officer.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility and duty of the Property Maintenance Officer, or his or her duly authorized agents, to enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter with the assistance of the Village Police Department as necessary.
