(A) The provisions in this chapter shall not be construed to prevent the enforcement of any other ordinances or regulations which prescribe standards other than those prescribed herein.
(B) In the event of conflict between any provisions of this chapter of the village, including rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such chapter, the more restrictive provisions shall prevail.
