§ 93.01 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

(A) The purpose of this chapter is to protect the public health, safety, and general welfare of the village.

(B) By establishing standards governing the exterior maintenance, condition, and appearance of properties, this chapter enhances its citizens quality of life, promotes the comfort, health, and safety of residents of the community and fixes penalties for violations.
