§ 91.30 OWNER RESPONSIBILITY.

Any person owning or having charge of land within the village shall keep said land free from all noxious weeks and rank vegetation, and shall cause to be cut all such weeds and vegetation at least once every month, except on land being used for agriculture or hay fields.
