(A) Due to past experiences of improper cleanup of Mayer Carson Hall, no refunds will be given for cleaning deposit.
(B) Renters whom in our judgment damage or litter any portion of the park facilities will be barred from any future use.
(1) Day reservations are to be considered from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Night reservations are to be considered from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
(2) No benefits are to be held in the park without prior approval.
(3) No hazardous chemicals in the park.
(4) Nonprofit organizations not cleaning the building after use will be given three warnings after which they will be charged the rental fees.
(5) No pets permitted in the buildings.
