(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a forfeiture in an amount not to exceed $500 for each violation. For the purpose of this section, each day that a violation exists or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall also be:
(1) Liable to the village for all costs, expense, loss, or damage, if any, incurred by the village as the result of such violation; and
(2) Subject to immediate disconnection of the sewer serving the property upon or in connection with which the violation occurred.
