The village does, by these presents, conditionally waive its right to require the state to submit on a quarterly basis a certified statement of the characteristics of the state’s nonresidential wastes as provided for in § 52.27(A); provided, however, that the village may at any time heretofore exercise the option to require said quarterly statements from the state, upon 30 days written notice to the state, in the event the village has reasonable grounds to believe the state has violated any provision of the use ordinance, as the same has been or may be amended from time to time.
