§ 52.48 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT FEE.

(A) An additional fee of $2 per month shall be assessed to all sewer customers who are using village sewer services. Said fee shall increase an additional $1 in January 2014, and shall thereafter increase an additional $1 per year until said fee is eventually $5 per month.

(B) Said assessment shall be deposited in the village’s Sewer Capital Improvement Fund.
