§ 52.03 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

The purpose of this chapter is to promote the public health, safety, prosperity, aesthetics, and general welfare of the citizens of the village. It is further intended to provide for administration and enforcement of the chapter and to provide penalties for its violations.
