The security deposit shall be increased from $30 to $45. If services have been requested to be terminated, then the $20 shut-on fee shall also be chargeable making the total owed $65. If the customer has no late penalty fees for the first year of services, the $45 security deposit will be refunded. The customer must occupy said premises for one full year for said refund to be applicable.
