The municipality reserves the right to request a nominal sum be placed on deposit with the Board of Public Affairs for the purpose of establishing or maintaining any customer’s credit. Said deposit will be refunded to the consumer without interest when he or she terminates the service or will be applied to any delinquent charges against said service should there be any.
