(A) Where the water service to a customer is discontinued for non-payment of delinquent bills, meter tampering, owner request, and the like, except for emergency reasons, a turn-on charge of $20 shall be paid before service is resumed.
(B) The shut-off fee shall be $20.
(C) If the village is requested to shut off services due to any resident vacating the property, a $20 fee shall be charged for services. Only the property owner may request services be terminated.
(D) Customers shall be given door hangers with the shut-off date.
