§ 34.12 SEWAGE LOAN DEBT FUND.
   (A)   The Fiscal Officer shall establish a Sewer Loan Debt Fund.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer shall consult with the Auditor of State regarding approval of this Fund.
   (C)   The Fiscal Officer is directed to employ said Fund for those funds and accounts in the possession of the village which are not derived from general property tax and which are to be employed for repayment of prior sewer capital outlay loans.
