§ 34.08 SEWER MAINTENANCE FUND.

The Sewer Maintenance Fund of the village be and hereby is created for the purpose of accommodating the receipt of transfer of the funds from the Sewer Capital Improvement Fund to permit the village to conduct a line survey and engineering study of and to undertake certain repairs and improvements to the ACDC system.
