§ 34.07 PARK AGENCY FUND.

(A) A Park Agency Fund is hereby created for the collection and repayment of cleaning and key deposits for rental of the Village Park.

(B) A Refuse Agency Fund is hereby created for the sale of garbage bag tags by the village and repayment to USA Waste.
