§ 34.06 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   (A)   The Fiscal Officer shall establish a Sewer Capital Improvement Fund.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer shall consult with the Auditor of State regarding approval of this Fund in the event such approval is required.
   (C)   The Fiscal Officer is directed to employ said Fund for those revenues acquired by the village and designated for capital improvements to the village sewer system.
