§ 34.05 AGENCY FUND.
   (A)   The Fiscal Officer shall establish an Agency Fund.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer shall consult with the Auditor of State regarding approval of this Fund.
   (C)   The Fiscal Officer is directed to employ said Agency Fund for those funds and accounts in the possession of the village which are not derived from general property tax and to which the village asserts no incidents of ownership but rather holds said funds solely in a custodial capacity.
