§ 34.04 SPECIAL EVENTS FUND.
   (A)   The Fiscal Officer shall establish a Special Events Fund.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer shall consult with the Auditor of State regarding approval of this Fund, if so required by law.
   (C)   The Fiscal Officer is directed to employ said Special Events Fund for those public donations made to the village which are not derived from general property tax and which are specifically designated for the funding of community events sponsored by the village and its employees.
