§ 34.03 CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT FUND.
   (A)   The Fiscal Officer shall establish a Continuing Professional Training (CPT) Reimbursement Fund.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer shall consult with the Auditor of State regarding approval of this Fund, if so required by law.
   (C)   The Fiscal Officer is directed to employ said Fund for those reimbursements received by the village which are not derived from general property tax and which are specifically designated for the funding of continuing professional training.
