(A) All non-elected employees of the village shall receive their pay every other Friday of every other week beginning with Friday, March 19, 1982.
(B) Payment on every other Friday, as herein provided, shall be compensation for hours worked for the two-week period ending on the Sunday immediately preceding the Friday pay day inclusive.
(C) The initial pay day of March 19, 1982 shall be pay for compensation for hours worked for the period of time not previously compensated for and ending on Sunday, March 14, 1982 inclusive.
